Skin Rehab Clinic("we", "our", "the clinic") is a dermatology practice founded by Dr. Nidhi Paliwal(MBBS, MD — Dermatology, Venereology & Leprosy, MCI Reg. No. 12338). We operate two clinics in Greater Noida West (Gaur City) and Sector 41, Noida, and this website at skinrehab.in. This policy explains how we collect and use information when you visit our website or fill a form.
2. What we collect
When you use skinrehab.in, we collect:
a) Information you give us
- Name, phone number, email address
- Preferred clinic location
- Message / service of interest
- Any other details you voluntarily share in the contact form or on WhatsApp / phone call
b) Information collected automatically
- IP address, browser type, device, operating system
- Pages visited, time spent, referring URL
- Cookies + analytics identifiers (see Section 5)
We do not collect or store any medical records, health history, prescription data, or diagnostic information through this website. All medical consultations happen in person at the clinic.
3. Why we collect it
- To respond to your enquiry and book an appointment
- To send appointment confirmations and follow-ups
- To improve the website and measure which pages are useful
- To comply with legal obligations
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.
4. How we store it
- Form submissions are sent to our clinic email (info@skinrehab.in) and stored in a secure Supabase database (Mumbai, India region — ap-south-1).
- Data is retained only as long as needed to respond to your enquiry or meet legal requirements, typically 24 months after last contact.
- You can request deletion at any time (see Section 8).
5. Cookies & analytics
We use:
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4) — anonymous usage data
- Google Ads — measuring ad performance and conversions
- Essential cookies needed for the site to function
You can disable non-essential cookies via your browser settings. Blocking them does not affect your ability to book an appointment.
6. Third-party services
Data passes through these service providers when you interact with our site:
- Google(Analytics, Ads) — subject to Google's Privacy Policy
- Supabase — secure database hosting (Mumbai, India region — ap-south-1)
- Vercel — website hosting
- WhatsApp (Meta) — if you message us via WhatsApp link
Each has its own privacy policy. We share only what is required for the service to function.
7. How we protect it
- All data is transmitted over HTTPS (SSL)
- Access to stored data is restricted to authorised clinic staff
- We review our security practices regularly
No internet transmission is 100% secure — we cannot guarantee absolute security but take reasonable industry-standard measures.
8. Your rights (under India's DPDP Act 2023)
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccuracies
- Erase your data (where legally permitted)
- Withdraw consent at any time
- Grievance redressal — contact our Grievance Officer (Section 9)

10. Children's privacy
Our website is not directed at children under 18. For paediatric dermatology consultations, parents/guardians book on behalf of the minor. We do not knowingly collect personal data of children through the website.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes in services, law, or practice. The "Last updated" date at the top shows the latest revision. Material changes will be announced on the homepage for 30 days.
